  • Health insurance are not covered. All participants are encouraged to apply for health insurance individually.
  • Flight or transportation of arrival and departure from Yogyakarta

International and ASEAN students

  1. All international participants (online and onsite) must first register via Office of International Affairs (OIA) Admission site to get Letter of Offer (includes billing details) and Letter of Acceptance issued by the OIA of Universitas Gadjah Mada.
  2. Required documents for registration are:
    • Color scanned Passport (.JPG max 2MB)
    • Pass photo (.pdf max 2MB) (white background, the shoulder must appear in the photo)
  3. Participants are also required to fill in Registration Form for important and detailed information. The form consists of:
    • Personal information
    • CV and motivation letter (suggested in PDF)
    • Health records and Dietary restrictions
    • Additional facilities
    • Proof of OIA Admission Registration for International participant (Screen shot of Enrollment History .pdf/.jpeg/.png max 2MB).

Indonesian Participants

  1. Local participants are only required to fill in the registration form. The form consists of:
    • Personal Information
    • CV and motivation letter (suggested in PDF)
    • Health records and Dietary restriction form
  2. Once submitted, the application will be processed for review.
  3. Payment details will be provided via email after the selection process.
